Thyroid nodule: Talk to your doctor about the need for nodule biopsy, as for reflux, you may need to make some changes in your diet , such as avoiding spicy food, soft drinks, coffee, tomatoes, fatty food etc... And you may need to take a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole, Lansoprazole or any other one in the market.
