This is it: At 26 years of age, it is close to impossible to get any taller. Your bones fused half a decade ago meaning you cannot get any taller. If you are much shorter than your parents or siblings you may want to consult an endocrinologist. Keep your bones healthy so you don't shrink. Limb lengthening is an elective option & can be drastic.
