Time table?: I'm not sure what you mean by time table; some people can make changes quickly, others more slowly. You might enjoy the book 8 Weeks To Optimum Health by Andrew Weil for a program. I would start by improving diet; eliminate junk food, avoid sugar and fried food, eat mostly fruits and veggies. Increase physical activity; consider yoga/chi gong. Practice meditation or other relaxation techniques.
