X-rays is the answer: If there is swelling and pain, x-rays is the best way to check if there is underlying bone tumor. In that case both symptoms will be increasing progressively.

Physicals done by 4 ER docs for chest pain in last 4 mths & they all say anxiety- EKGs, Chest Xrays, Ultrasound of heart & gallbladder, lots of bloodwork on heart & blood clots each visit. Normal results every time, most recent visit 3 wks ago.
Is a platelet level of 446 anything to worry about? Ive read that cancers cause it and even a rare ET cancer.. I have always had a platelet count of around 420. Asked doc with no response yet. My anxiety is killing me. Other blood counts was normal?
