More exams: I think based upon just an xray I'm not sure that's just the end of the story.Did the ER doc actually visualize blood in your sinuses/nose/ears/throat to back that theory up?If so,then he/she might be right.But if not,who's to say it's not coming from your esophagus or your stomach?It's possible an upper endoscopy is needed to see what's going on down there if no blood can be found in your sinuses
