Can BV cause inflamed fallopian tubes? I suspect I have PID from past IUD,but obgyn insisting I dont because uterus looks normal and I have no severe pain. I have BV. I have yellow discharge. Doctor said its not severely inflamed. STD test clear?
Posted previously but followed up with dr. Fallopian tubes swollen on ultrasound but uterus normal. Dr said second culture shows BV. Yellow discharge since embedded iud. She said swollen tubes not a concern. Is this normal?

I have a excessive dark yellow colored discharge. No odor, itching or burning. If been checked for STDs and BV all came back negative. I do have a copper IUD. What else could be causing this discharge?
