Posted previously but followed up with dr. fallopian tubes swollen on ultrasound but uterus normal. dr said second culture shows bv. yellow discharge since embedded iud. she said swollen tubes not a concern. is this normal?

Was this a gynecologist who stated that swollen fallopian tubes are not concerning? Since fallopian tubes are not normally seen on ultrasound, I thought this was a sign of inflammation & possible pelvic inflammatory disease and STD should be checked for. ? Second opinion needed.
