I have a excessive dark yellow colored discharge. no odor, itching or burning. if been checked for stds and bv all came back negative. i do have a copper iud. what else could be causing this discharge?

Old blood seems like the most likely explanation. Typically these things resolve on their own. You can certainly return for more testing if not.
