My heart palpitation is sometimes 103 sometimes 120 and even 100 is uncomfortable for me , first days i went to er was on 144 but after those first days i did not have it on 144 ,my blood pressure is always on 120/70-80. what's wrong with my heart?

If the heartbeat is regular, implies one type of dysrhythmia, if it’s irregular often is atrial fibrillation, it could be something else. She a internal medicine, physician or cardiology in person or specific diagnosis or treatment.
