Not clear what characterizes your "numbing" or to why you would fear bleeding in your brain. Simply put, a brain hemorrhage typically is a critical event with often a mortality risk of 50 %, and would NEVER present with just loss of sensation alone. If you do have health fears, would suggest seeking counseling and addressing this to more confidently face the future.
