Brain bleed does not cause a popping sensation. Pain in that spot could be due to the soft tissue strain of the area on sneezing. Use local hea tit should gradually get better. If not pl see your MD.

If an aneurysm "popped" and eventuated in a subarachnoid hemorrhage you would be, if a survivor, within a hospital ICU. If you are concerned about your health, see your doctor and get examined. If unduly worried, see a counselor, such as cognitive-behavioral therapist.
