Healing is good: It is great to hear your symptoms have improved. Many medical providers will obtain a follow up imaging test to be certain the bleeding has resolved. Sometimes bleeding does not resolve and in such a case it needs to be monitored more carefully.

To check improvement: With intracranial bleeding and swelling, it is necessary to repeat a CT to make sure the bleeding has stopped and the edema (swelling) is resolving. One might expect to see less area of blood (or even resolution) and some encephalomalacia (scar tissue/softening) of the affected area as well. Glad you're ok.
