I have cervical myleopathy my c5&c6 are pinching my thecal sac this am i woke with excruciating left lower back pain and my feet have been turning dark blue sitting or standing all day with numbness and i can barely get up by myself?

Your current symptoms have nothing to do with the C5-6 myelopathy; however, they are serious enough for a ER or urgent care visit because of the weekend. Good luck.

If your spinal cord is indeed being actively compressed with consequent myelomalacia, you should undergo a surgical decompression ASAP. This might explain numbness and weakness in the legs, BUT not the explanation for color changes in the feet. See a spine surgeon and decide upon a management pathway.
