In short, is is possible that slurred speech could be related to severe cervical stenosis with myelopathy @ c4-c5, c5-c6 and c6-c7 level (symptomatic)?

Less likely related: C 3 C4 C5 keeps the diaphragm alive so it could contribute to beathing difficulties. Slurred speech may have a different cause. Please follow up with your doctor or to the Emergency Room if this is a new complaint of slurred speech.
