On a recent ct scan without contrast, the radiologist found a fatty atrophy of the pancreas and a 1.4 cm lobulated structure in the proximal gallbladder and mildly increased number of lymph nodes. im 47 years old never smoked. how serious is this?

MRI of gall bladder showed something between gb and pancrease (pancrelipase). Said it might just be a lymph node but repeat mri in 3 months. % chance of cancer?
Is oily stool a year after gallbladder removal normal? I have had a CT scan and MRCP to evaluate pancreas, both were normal.
Could a Hida scan and Ct scan miss something wrong with the gallbladder? Upper right quadrant pain. Normal lab values for liver kidneys and pancreas?
gallbladder needs to be removed due to gallstones. A CT scan revealed a 3.5cm solid mass abuts the pancreas. they said no cancer but can't identify ?
