Hard boney bump on the inside and outside of my gum line below my bottom molar. if i run my finger on the gumline i can feel it. not visible, not red, no pain. xray 1 month ago, dentist didn't say anything. could this be just normal anatomy?

You are correct. It is most likely an exostosis which is harmless.

Probably norm al anatomy. Many, however, be benign growths called mandibular tori. May also be abnormal anatomy. If you can't see them, but can only feel them, why would you expect your Dentist to know that they were there? and why wouldn't you ask him/her to examine the area? Call Dentist back and make another appointment for reexamination.
