Yes: Pain, bleed, swelling are emergencies. If your dentist has answering service or voice mail, start there. If you can't contact dentist, seek out oral surgeons or endodontist. You may also want to try your closest er if these avenues prove fruitless. Good luck.

Infection again.: You have probably also been avoiding a dentist. This is an emergency and if your chosen dentist is closed try other dentists in your area. There is certainly one who allows for seeing emergencies. I am a dentist and i never close my office without making provisions for emergencies. I believe that should be the norm.
