You had inflammation in the top parts of both lungs that healed and left scars. There is no active disease. Please note that apical scarring is suggestive of healed tuberculosis lesion. You should tell all your doctors about this finding, especially if they consider treatment with steroids or immunosuppressive drugs. Wish you good health!

Multiple nodules may be associated with infection and as a result scarring may occur. The bilateral apical location is one finding in TB pulmonary disease. Please discuss a TB test with your physician. Watch for signs of fever, cough and sputum.
