A steam iron fell from the shelf on my back, right at the end of my neck, my shoulders and back feel numb and heat, and i have headache and pain when touched i just want to know if the pains i am feeling require a visit to a doctor or i will be fine?

You don't need to see a doctor if there is no problem with neck and extremity movement besides the pain. You can take tylenol or advil as needed in 1-2 days for pain. Good luck.
