My ears seem clogged and the back of my neck and sholders always hurts. sometimes when i turn my head makes a loud crack. when it first started i had bad headaches. now it's just the ears and the neck. already been to doctors, meds didn't work. ?

Clogged ears: I assume wax build-up is not an issue. Sensation of blocked ears can be caused by congested membranes in the back of the nose which block the eustachian tubes. Chronic back and shoulder discomfort can be from tension but also from strain caused by exercise or work activities or even poor posture. Those prior headaches were probably muscle contraction tension headaches. ?stress management coaching
