I have a pain behind my left knee and tigh, no redness, no swelling, just pain, it goes to the top of my foot as well, it started yesterday morning with lumbar pain. i'm overweight, can it be a blood clot? i have no other symptoms?

Find out the cause and treat that. Keep a good diary of your painw. Your body is talking to you. Take good notes and you and your Drs can figure out what is causing it. Good Luck. Ask about Baker's cyst behind knee.

Could be nerve related, as it is including lumbar pain and going down to the foot. Blood clots can cause pain behind the leg, and are worth ruling out because they can be dangerous. They wouldn't usually cause lumbar pain, which suggest nerve involvement.
