Hip pain x-ray ultrasound normal. right leg is three times bigger than my left it's not from swelling. i have had hip pain since last year nov. had ultrasound of both legs normal. why is my leg so much biggerthan my left it looks weird i walk funny?

When you say “bigger” are you referring to the limb length difference in your legs? If this is the case try using a lift in your shoe to balance the pelvis
