Want to switch 12.5 mg of metoprolol from night to daytime. i take it for pvcs heart rate at night before i take it is at 53 to 55. my thinking is i would be better to take it in the morning. i also take 5mg of lisinopril ill move it to nighttime?

You would need to skip a dose of the metoprolol one night and then take the metoprolol dose the next morning. Then, that same morning, don’t take the lisinopril but take the lisinopril that night. This would switch the 2 meds. The lisinopril will not affect your heart rate, just your blood pressure. Good luck to you!
