Looking for next steps. after a sexual encounter, i had urinary symptoms for mths, burning, urge, etc. all my test came back neg for infection. ct scan and mri have indicated minimal fat-containing left inguinal hernia & disc bulges at l3-l4 & l4-l5?

If there is no penile discharge, typical UTI symptoms like burning and urinary urgency are not STD symptoms. Clearly you have no STD. The CT and MRI findings probably are a separate medical problem; they are unrelated to your sexual encounter or your urinary symptoms. Discuss with your doctors.

The hernia is an incidental finding and not related to your symptoms and the spinal symptoms -remote possibility. Best to see a Urologist for further evaluation
