CT & spinal problems: This could be normal if you are not having pain. But suspect you had this done because of pain and you must discuss with your Dr. I do not know you. Your team does.

Lots of changes for 41 yeaars old - probably some genetics working here (disk disease runs in families). You need to work om core exercises and posture (Can Google this for suggested workout); and AVOID OSTEOPOROSIS. You are at increased risk of these concerns over time.
