Have you been eating ok? Do you have a nutritional issue? If so, you may benefit from seeing a nutritionist or dietician to get you r diet improved.You need to find out why you have fatigue and nausea. You should see the doctor who ordered the labs and have them interpret the labs since he/she knows you best. Good luck!

In this scenario, I am less concerned about the lab values and more concerned about the fact that you have unexplained weight loss. Especially given the low ferritin, which could be a sign of slow blood loss, you need to be evaluated by your primary doctor. Also, if you have not had colon cancer screening, you should get that done right away. We start now at age 45. Good luck.
