I did blood test iron 60 saturation 20 ferritin 31 iron binding capacity 307 is that low iron ?? i been feeling so tired weak and pain in hands n feet rbc is 5.62 wbc normal mcv 77. mch 24.9 do i have low iron and does it cause those symptoms?

Your blood test results and symptoms you described are not consistent with iron deficiency anemia. Pain over hands and feet along with excessive tiredness deserves further investigation.
