lab results: rbc 3.74 (3.9-5.2) hgl 12 (11.5-15.5) hct 34.5 (36-46) ferritin dropped from 55 to 18. fatigue, hair loss, irritable. is this anemic?

Could be: Hi. You could be getting there (anemia). What's your MCV and RDW? You have hereditary hemochromatosis. How often are you phlebotomized? You may need to back off on phlebotomy. Talk with your doc. Good luck...and no iron overload! :-)
