We need to know the whole CBC result in order to make any conclusion. If WBC, Hb/Hct and Plt counts are all within normal limits then you should not have any concern and there are no relationship between those out of range results and your symptom. Good luck.

At our lab, A red cell distribution level up to 15% is normal. I don't get any help from the RDW if there's no anemia A high mean platelet volume is usually a compensation for low platelet counts. What are the reference values in your lab? If your cbc&diff are otherwise within normal limits, I doubt there's any hematology issue as a cause of your dizziness. I assume your MD agrees.
