That is OK...but...: The QTc is a "corrected" QT. That QTc is on the edge of what we would consider the high end of normal, but is OK. The thing to know is a LOT of medicines make your QTc longer. Antidepressants are all guilty, but so are other meds, even some antibiotics. Above 500 can be dangerous. Always tell your doctor about this before starting a new medicine, especially if taking multiple meds.
