No: Your neutrophil count at 1600 is normal. On the low side but normal. Women tend to have a lower white count then men. I would just monitor it again in about 6 months to assess stability. Hope this helps.

Stop worrying: Neutrophils 1600 is fine, and within range for many labs. Remember the ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end.
