I'm 17 im not an athlete but i fear working out because i fear dying of sudden cardiac arrest my resting heart rate is 65-84 bpm n im still note i'm not obease nor do i have high blood pressure my family has no history of any heart related problems?

Living in fear is not a good way to live. Sudden cardiac death is rare but clustered is persons with a few defined heart or rhythm abnormalities which a good cardiac evaluation would pick up. You can choose to get a good evaluation & then if cleared, enjoy life without this holding you back or use this as a crutch to avoid pursuing a good life. The choice is yours.
