If your prior BP was typically 140/80 a BP of 100;63 could cause some lightheadedness & a reflex increase in your resting heart rate into the 80's. However since you're not complaining of being lightheaded I agree that your current BP's are fine. A resting heart rate in the 80's is somewhat rapid,though.,but still within normal limits.
