I'm a 42 year old women. not athletic and obese. my blood pressure fluctuates between 100/63 to 110/68 heart rate from 63 to upper 70's or low 80's. is this normal? my bp was higher a few months ago but in the normal range?

Your heart rate and blood pressure are not a cause for concern. However maintaining healthy weight is important. If your prior BP was typically 140/80 a BP of 100;63 could cause some lightheadedness & a reflex increase in your resting heart rate into the 80's. However since you're not complaining of being lightheaded I agree that your current BP's are fine. A resting heart rate in the 80's is somewhat rapid,though.,but still within normal limits.
