I have been in perimenopause for 7 years and have a partial hysterectomy scheduled. when will my crazy hormones finally settle down: after the surgery, or after i finally graduate to menopause?

Partial or total hysterectomy has no alleviated effect on your postmenopausal syndrome other than stopping uterine bleeding. Without hormone replacement therapy, time is the only answer for most symptoms of the menopause. Good luck.
