Probably the same: I'm guessing that the sexual appetite would be pretty much the same. Some women say that orgasm feels differently after a hysterectomy. I think it is very fair to expect an adjustment period, partly due to the surgical recovery. But i think it's likely you will feel well in all parameters - particularly if your uterus has been causing you symptoms of distress.
