Remeron is a sleep aide and should assist your sleep onset problems...trazadone is actually an antidepressant but is used today for sleep maintenance...First step would be to cut trazadone to l00 mgm at bedtime and increase Remeron to two (30 mgm) at bedtime...if that doesn't work you may try replacing Remeron with Ambien or Lunesta both are in the same class.
