I have insomnia - both trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I've tried CBT, and I've tried Trazodone, Remeron, (mirtazapine) diphenhydramine and Seroquil. None have been romotely effective. Is there a drug that might actually help?
I take remeron and trazodone. 2 and 1/2 trazodone 100mg before bed and 1 remeron 15mg as well. I am not falling asleep in fact i am wide awake. What should i do cut back on trazodone or just use remeron or just trazodone. please help me restless but?

Changed my remeron 45mg to trazadone 25mg I lowered my inderal (propranolol) 80mg all the way to 10mg lost 40 pounds but my heart rate low ever since trazadone ?
