Can kidney or bladder issues come and go. some days i pee around 7 times (2200mls) and some days 4 times (1000-1200mls) no issues with urine. src .98 efgr 99 , urinalysis spg 1.005 no protein,blood,sugar. history is severe health anxiety. worried?

Frequency of voiding depends on many things eg amt, type and frequency of fluids taken, medications, weather etc. Your tests indicate kidneys- fine but dilute urine . If no other symptoms nothing needs to be done. You should be OK Good luck
