Explanation on why ssri (lexapro) affects the bladder. i have read it can cause urinary frequency and post void dribbling. if so, will the side effect go away, i am on week 3 of 20mgs. urinalysis negative for blood, protein, sugar, gravity 1.005?

It may affect voiding and frequency. Not everyone gets the side-effects at that dose. If you do Check with your prescriber
