What does it mean when i was this rash on top of my breasts ,they look like a bunch of red pimples, i put some antibiotic cream on it and a bandaid over it, ive been getting cuts out of nowhere, i have liver and kidney issues, i dont even drink?

Most localized rashes represent a local contact with a triggering agent. However, most rashes are rather non- specific and can only be correctly analyzed by a direct visual exam. The description is too vague for a label. Have it evaluated.

33yr. Have itching in hands and legs. I also see small pimples appear with rash&they go away in 15mins to 1 hr. And appear somewhere else.I dont have any other health issue other than gluten irritation.Does itching mean liver/kidney has issue?
