33yr. have itching in hands and legs. i also see small pimples appear with rash&they go away in 15mins to 1 hr. and appear somewhere else.i dont have any other health issue other than gluten irritation.does itching mean liver/kidney has issue?

Hives: These evanescent itchy bumps are most likely hives indicating an allergic reaction to something internal or external(food,temperature change,medication,exercise,etc). Sometimes there is no obvious cause. Taking an antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy) usually helps. An allergist or dermatologist can evaluate and advise you best.
