It is normal to have lymph nodes, and they can increase in size under certain circumstances (“reactive”). If they are painful, enlarging continually, or other symptoms develop, you should return to your physician to have them examined. Good luck.

Did the radiologist mention whether these lymph nodes appeared benign? You feel you have no symptoms of infection. I assume no sweats,fatigue,weight loss. If your cbc& differential white cell counts, monotest are normal, monitor the lymphadenopathy in a few weeks to ensure no increase in findings. You could then consult an ENT specialist to determine whether a lymph node biopsy would be advisable
