Can slim people feel lymph nodes in the armpits due to just being slim? i've had my neck lymph nodes swollen for years and because i'm slim. but could my armpit lymph nodes be swollen because i'm slim and when no infection is present?

Lymph nodes are scattered throughout the body and their location is often not detected when located under fat or muscle. They are usually about 1 cm size at rest and enlarge when stimulated for weeks at a time. Being slim makes them east to find, it does not make them enlarge. Armpit nodes react to ant nearby stimulus on the arm or surface skin.
