You have iron deficiency anemia, but it is early and mild (HCT 34.8 is barely below normal). You'll need iron treatment, and should be evaluated to learn why you are iron deficient. In most cases in women, it's just normal (or somewhat heavy) menstruation, but don't take chances; discuss other possible causes with your doctor and follow her advice about further testing.
