Broke 3rd metatarsal w/dislocation,2 weeks ago.doctor said recovery the same with or w/out surgery.allowing it to heal naturally. no pain, improvement in movement, haven't stood on the foot. swelling comes and goes, is this a problem?

Without exam and seeing the xray no opinion can be given. If you trust your doc follow her/his advice. If not happy get another opinion
