I woke up with this bruise yesterday morning, i have no idea how i got it i never hit my arm hard on anything the last few days, its very painful,lumpy, and a bit warm. it keeps getting worse and im starting to get worried, could it be a blood clot?

Blood clots in blood vessels do not manifest like that and a flesh blood clot has to have history of trauma. Pl see your doc asap as it could be an infection.
