? Hematoma: Since you take Ibuprofen you may have developed this hematoma when you got the injection. One of the side effects of Ibuprofen is that you bleed or bruise more easily. A hematoma is a collection of blood under the skin. You should apply warm soaks to help it go away. If this does not seem to make it gets smaller i would call the doctor.
