Blood clot: These are not the signs of a blood clot in the upper extremity. If the clot is in a vein the arm and hand would be swollen and purple. IF in an artery, the hand would be cold and pale. IT'S possible that you're having carpal tunnel syndrome. An orthopedic or hand surgeon could evaluate you.
