I have a painful lump under my ear which i just noticed - may have been there for long time .... it's at the top part of earlobe and it's like a small ball and when i touch it it hurts... i never had piercing. should i be concerned? or leave it be?

It could be a blocked skin duct. Since for long time- best to see a doc or surgeon
