This : This could be an abscess (a collection of pus), an enlarged lymph node, or an enlargement of a cyst. This should be checked as any swelling on the neck area could be serious. As it is painful you should be checked immediately. If you develop shortness of breath, fever, or can't swallow then you will have to be seen as an emergency.

ASAP See a Dentist: The sooner you see a dentist the better. If it is a weekend and you cannot reach a dentist you may want to go to an emergency care facility.

Get it looked at!: From the short description i would suspect a parotid gland issue. Some times the duct that is drains through can become blocked or damaged and the gland backs up and swells. There can also be more dire types of pathologies. Go see an ENT asap to be evaluated.

Lymph nodes: It seems like your lymph nodes are swollen, you should see a dentist to evaluate the cause of the swelling.
